There are three private bedrooms at Beaver Lake Retreat:
The primary bedroom has two beds—a king and a queen—both with stunning lake views.
The second and third bedrooms each have one queen bed.
The second bedroom includes a twin-size convertible chair bed, great for a child or single guest.
Downstairs in the finished basement, there’s a futon that can be used as an extra sleeping space.
This layout gives you four beds across three rooms (plus a spare single bed and a futon), making it perfect for families, couples, or groups who want flexible sleeping arrangements without sacrificing comfort.

Unfortunately, no.
Due to severe allergies, no pets whatsoever are permitted at Beaver Lake Retreat, even if they are kept outside.
Yes! Cell service is generally reliable, but it can vary slightly depending on your carrier. We do provide high-speed Wi-Fi with solid coverage throughout the house.
There is a variety store about a 10 min walk from the property. The nearest full-service town is Napanee, only about 20 minutes away. You’ll find grocery stores, LCBO, The Beer Store, Canadian Tire, Walmart, banks, and restaurants.
Kingston and Belleville are each about 45 minutes away for day trips, dining, or shopping.
Absolutely! Beaver Lake is swimmable right from the private dock and the water heats up quickly due to the lake's relatively small size. Water toys (kayaks, paddleboard, paddle boat, inflatables) and life jackets are provided for guest use.
It's a great lake for both casual anglers and more serious fishing trips. Bass and pike are particularly popular during the summer months, and ice fishing for perch or walleye is common in winter if the conditions are safe. Bring your fishing gear - and we supply a few rods in case you forget!
